PHOTOGRAPHY

Several years ago, I bought a used film camera and started shooting. It was something I'd wanted to try since college, so I took online courses, read a lot of how-to books, and eventually entered the world of digital.

 

In time, I began a photography business, shooting fine art prints and portraits. It kept me out of trouble and gave me a creative outlet during a time when I had hit a wall with writing.

My business is closed, and my website is gone. But here and there, I still grab one of my old Pentax cameras and walk around in search of inspiration, be it an interesting pattern or an everyday object.
